The Mobilization Director is a full-time staff position focused on advancing our global missional movement through raising up and deploying new missionaries. The Mobilization Director is responsible for Communitas’ onboarding process (the “Pathways to Belonging”). The position oversees the activities related to guiding candidates through the process, from first contact with the organization all the way to deployment to their assignments. This role involves being a "leader of leaders" - overseeing, supporting, and developing the team that runs the various activities in the Pathways to Belonging. The Director’s top priority is to help shape the objectives, process, mechanisms, and roles needed to enhance this crucial area.
