Communitas has partnered with the Scottish Network of Churches in creating Launch, a 10-month residency in Scotland for emerging leaders and church planters. During their time participants will be engaged in a local ministry, meet weekly with their Launch participant cohort, and receive targeted coaching and spiritual direction. Multi-day retreats will focus on TheDynamic Adventure and Soul Care; single-site visits will spend a day experiencing a missional project connecting with its community. During Launch, participants will learn how to use their gifts imaginatively and collaboratively in a truly post-Christian context.
A pilot program for Scotland-based participants only will begin in January 2024. In the Fall of 2024, a group of full-time international participants will join the second group of Scotland participants as the first full group.
