Erin grew up in an area where belief in God was largely assumed but not lived out well. She came to know the Lord personally after college and it was the best decision she has ever made. Erin has been working in the marketing/communications field for a decade. She has been married to her husband David since April 2013 and has 2 boys and a girl, Carden, Jude and Esmé. While Erin loves being a stay-at-home mom she felt God nudging her to consider part-time work. When she found the listing Communitas had for a Communications Director she knew it was the role for her.

After a year with the Communications team, Erin began to explore other opportunities to serve with Communitas. When the position for Staff Care and Development Co-Director became available Erin felt this was the next step. She was passionate about ensuring Communitas missionaries were seen and known and encouraged wherever the Lord had them. She has enjoyed working alongside the Staff Care and Development team to continue to build processes and programs and connections that allow Communitas missionaries to thrive.

Though being a wife and mama are full-time jobs Erin enjoys spending time reading, cooking or working out in her (very) limited free time.
