Teal L. Rapp

After five years serving as the Executive Pastor at [iccp] in Aix-en-Provence, France, Teal and the Rapp Family relocated to Denver, Co, then Austin, TX where Teal helped shepherd God’s people toward their calling through leading the recruiting efforts of Communitas International. Teal currently leads the Communitas Board of Directors as Chair. In the same way the Rapp’s grew to love France as they struggled, laughed and learned with their community, they now do so in Austin.

Teal & Megan have two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Alexandra. Teal believes deeply in Communitas’ mission to start and shape communities of faith that love like Jesus in their neighborhoods. As a family, they want to abide in Christ, connect with others, and be a blessing in their community and beyond.
