This is the large, prominent photo at the top of your profile page. Needs to be horizontal / landscape format and in color. *Not a singular profile photo/headshot (that comes later) - make it unique to you! This could be: doing ministry, together as a family, you in your context, in your city, etc. We strongly recommend you include a high-resolution photo at least 2000px wide. File format - JPG, at least 2000px x 1125 px (16:9 ratio).

Write as if a professional journalist interviewed you for this important piece. Don't forget to include a fun fact about you and/or your family.

How many personal profiles?*
We are adding mini "info cards" for you and/or your spouse (if applicable) on your page. These cards will be where we can link you to projects, teams or stories you're a part of. These "info cards" will contain a photo, basic information related to the individual, as well as an opportunity to highlight the uniqueness of who you are. More explanation in following steps.

City, State, Country. *This can be a nice way to relate to new recruits as they look at staff on our website.

Be as specific or vague as you're comfortable with. Here is where you can highlight your achievements or passions. This is the place to show a little personality! Examples: "I'm passionate about seeing God's restoration work in the lives of his people." or "I love having people in our home, cooking for them and making them feel welcomed and accepted." or "My Myers Briggs is X, my Strengths Finder is Y." or "I have X degree from Y school." or "I love dogs!"
