It is very interesting how I have been transformed as follower of Christ while serving others. They ministered to my heart, as I listened to their desires, dreams, laments and failures. I grew up as a husband, a father, a leader and a person finding Jesus in different aspects of my life.

This beautiful journey started in 1999 serving for 2 years in an underresourced neighborhood in the outskirts of my hometown Anápolis, Brazil. After that a challenging invitation came to me to serve for a short term period in a native indian tribe in Brazil in order to gain culture inteligence and experience. Then a next move! Pack to Porto, Portugal was my next step. There I helped a core group in their church plant shaping and serving that beautiful community of Christ followers. I inspired people and I was inspired. I experienced cultural shock, but at the same time I experienced life! It was very rewarding.

In 2002 I moved to Goiânia, Brazil to serve as youth pastor in a big faith community. Leaving in 2012 I experienced Jesus through leadership development, starting missional projects, and leading justice initiatives in areas of vulnerability and poverty.

2012 started my dream of a church plant in Brasília, Brazil. After a year in the U.S.A to focus on my training and personal development, my beloved wife Cybelle, my son Samuel and I embarked in this wonderful journey of building key relationships in our context, sharing the good news, being the hands, feet and heart of Jesus for others. We invited others into our vision, values, and rhythms. Today we are empowering this body, developing leaders and structuring intentionally our Faith community and the Latin America region.

I believe that every human being can develop his broad potential for the kingdom. Being fond of human development I gained an extensive experience in developing leaders, teams, processes and methodology. I am an entrepreneur, optimist, coach and I love to serve along side other leaders in a national and an international scenario. As I thinker and strategist, I love to bring a genuine sense of caring for others. I love being with my wife, son, dog and all those who want to dream and partner with God for a better world!
